Description
Machine Roller Information
Model Series:
- U.S. Model Series: KP - Individual
- Manufacturer Part Number (MPN): N - PA6 - Individual
- Manufacturer product name: Roller Skate - The Solids
- For concrete floors
- Ideal for machinery installation and maintenance, and material handling applications when rollers are loaded and off-loaded frequently and when loads are rolled over short distances.
Wheels
- Outfitted with Nylon Wheels on a steel chain. Nylon wheels provide floor protection against scratching of floors. Steel wheels in comparison which are found on traditional machine rollers tend to scratch floors such as concrete. The scratching occurs when multiple rollers are not aligned or when the rollers are turned. Nylon wheels prevent this from happenning.
Features:
- Use as straight-line, low profile rollers where low height is required. Low height also minimizes required lifting to place loads onto machine rollers.
- Use with optional swivel tops and turning handles for turnability
- Non-mounted: Machine rollers can be moved from job to job
- Rollers are versatile and multi-purpose
- Can be combined to form a complete transport kit
Swivel top styles (optional):
- Smaller model sizes #1-3 are outfitted with anti-slip padded tops
- Larger model sizes #4-5 are outfitted with steel spike grid top
Included:
- Each machine roller sold separately
- Each swivel top sold separately
- Each turning handle sold separately
Quality Level Classification
- Standard Duty Roller (Levels: Standard | Heavy | Super | Ultra)
Construction:
- Solid carbon steel construction with interlocking frame design
- Nylon wheels on steel chain

Applications:
- Used as toolset by machinery movers.
- For moving moderately heavy machines, parts of machines for installation, repair, and maintenance
- For transporting equipment and other loads on steel plates, frames & tracks, or smooth concrete or asphalt
- For crane erecting
- For material handling
- Frequently used as complete transport kit
Manufacturer:
- Manufactured by Börkey
- Made in Germany
Other specs:
- Maximum safe speed: 16 feet per minute
- Rolling resistance varies greatly with floor type and condition.
Other Important Information:
- When using 4 (or more) rollers, load may rock on uneven surface, increasing load weight applied to any roller. If using 4 rollers, select rollers with double the capacity.
- Machine Rollers with larger diameter wheels will roll more easily than those with smaller wheels. Problems such as high rolling resistance on certain surface conditions can be avoided by choosing roller models with a larger load wheels.
- Precautionary measures must be taken for use on inclines to avoid run-away loads!
- When mixing and matching rollers, assure that all rollers are at the same height. Otherwise rollers will tip and consequently become point loaded and overloaded.
